GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — There is a new bird in town. Its wings are making powerful circular movements, lifting passengers to new exhilarating heights to experience their familiar surroundings in a spectacular way.
FlyKaroo Air Services has started its Robinson R66 engine and is ready to fulfil its mission as the first-ever helicopter charter service in Graaff-Reinet.
With the town being blessed with so many breath-taking landmarks in the area, the main aim of the new helicopter venture is to boost the tourism industry by providing a flight service.
The focus will be mostly on scenic flights to destinations like Spandaukop, Valley of Desolation and the Giant Flag. Passengers can book different packages that will vary between ten minutes to sixty-minute flights, depending on the preferred route. FlyKaroo will aim to fill the helicopter with three to four passengers at a time to make it as cost-effective as possible.
Charter flights to destinations like lodges and Port-Elizabeth are now a reality. This will not only save time but will spice up the trip to your chosen destination.
FlyKaroo Air Services will operate from the Graaff-Reinet golf course. For more information and bookings, contact them at bookings@flykaroo.co.za
