GRAAFF-REINET BUSINESS NEWS - After over two years of selling locally made arts and crafts, the shop division of Country Mouse will sadly be closing its doors at the end of September.
Owner Nicola Beldon would like to thank all the crafters and customers for their regular encouragement and support during this venture.
The design section of Country Mouse will not be closing, and in fact is going from strength to strength.
It is the success of this side of the business that has caused Beldon to make the difficult decision to close the retail shop, as she has found that the growing demand for design does not give her enough time to do the shop side justice.
Country Mouse Design will continue to operate from the same premises, offering high quality design and printing at 13 Church Street.
Local photographer Charlene Prinsloo will also be continuing to operate from her studio at the Country Mouse building.
Beldon and Prinsloo now work together as a photographer and design team on brochures, invitations, websites and more.
They will continue to publish the Kudutjie on a monthly basis, and later this year will bring out the 2019 Graaff-Reinet Photographic Calendar.
Several other new and exciting projects are also in the pipeline for the near future.
