NIEU-BETHESDA BUSINESS NEWS— Earlier this year, Bruno Reolon announced that he had handed over his pizzeria to Bethesda locals Lowry Swartz and Sophie Jacobs.
This was not a difficult task for these ladies as they had worked for and been trained by Reolon as he developed the perfect pizza, for many years.
The Pizzeria is a wonderful place to spend a chilly winter's evening or a lazy afternoon in Nieu-Bethesda.
The pizzas are truly delicious...thin crusted and flavour-filled and cooked to perfection in the wood fired oven. The 'three cheese pizza' is a favourite of many and is a very popular choice for diners. On cold evenings warm wheelbarrows of glowing embers are wheeled in to warm up customers.
Whether picking up a quick takeaway or sitting down with friends in the candlelit space, the pizzeria is an excellent option for a meal in the village. Be sure to check with Swartz whether the Pizzeria is open by calling her on 079 942 4080.
