Nieu-Bethesda-markdag goed ondersteun
Sowat 750 besoekers van oor die land het Saterdag 31 Oktober in Nieu-Bethesda saamgetrek vir die Nieu-Bethesda-markdag, wat hoop om weer hoop in die gemeenskap te skep. Organiseerders sê die markdag was 'n nuwe begin vir Nieu-Bethesda. Hulle oorweeg nou om 'n kleiner plaasmark meer gereeld te hou, maar hoop om die markdag minstens jaarliks aan te bied. Só wil hulle sorg dat Nieu-Bethesda 'n gesogte toeristebestemming word.
