GRAAFF-REINET — The Cross Plus Nothing - a music ministry from Cape Town - will be visiting Graaff-Reinet and Nieu-Bethesda from October 28 to November 1.
Arthur and Jenny Knott-Craig of Graaff-Reinet first met Derek and Jenie Oliver of The Cross Plus Nothing while visiting their son, David Knott-Craig, at Glencairn outside of Cape Town, in December last year.
The couple said they would like to visit Graaff-Reinet with their gospel music ministry and Jenny Knott-Craig and helpers have been busy ever since to realise this.
This gospel tour will include Bredasdorp, Struisbaai, Aghullas, Mossel Bay and Port Elizabeth before coming to Graaff-Reinet and Nieu-Bethesda.
The ministry is 60 minutes long. Inspiring songs and hymns are presented interspersed with some comedy and a few beautiful stories.
Everyone is invited to attend a ladies tea in the Dudley Hall next to the Methodist Church in Caledon Street on October 28 at 10:30 and at the Trinity Methodist Church at 09:00.
Those living in Nieu-Bethesda and surrounds can contact Lisa Watermeyer at their farm. This gospel event will be held in the Nieu-Bethesda Tennis Club in the village on November 1 at 14:00.
