SOUTHERN CAPE NEWS - Henk du Plessis, well-known glass artist of Great Brak River, will present some of his current warm glass art pieces at the annual George Agricultural Show from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 August.
This is a follow-on to the successful exhibition at the Garden Route Mall earlier in the year.
His life-long passion for glass working is reflected in the wide variety of themes and illustrates the wonders of form, textures and tinctures of the glass as an art medium.
The exhibition also celebrates colour, joy and satisfaction in a sometimes clinical, harsh and dreary world.
