ABERDEEN NEWS — Andrew Jacobs and Eric Cronje have been involved in craft work for many years, but after completing a course last year on working with plastic-covered wire, they have re-launched their business as Aberdeen Crafters.
As well as the leather work for which they are well-known in the town, they now make colourful bowls and mats from plastic-covered telephone wire and plan to include windmills covered with plastic wire in their range soon.
They have joined the Aberdeen Publicity and Tourism Organisation, and their work is also available at Pagel House. The two men recently also ran a stall at the monthly Blue Door Market and were very pleased with the interest shown in their work.
