So close, but no cigar
Priscilla Kasperski, Riana du Toit, Sonja Matthee (skip) and Charlene Colyn finished second in the Eastern Province Women's Fours finals, played in Middelburg last weekend.

GRAAFF-REINET BOWLS NEWS - Last weekend, the Midlands Ladies team, represented by Graaff-Reinet bowlers - Sonja Matthee, Charlene Colyn, Riana du Toit and Priscilla Kasperski, played in the finals of the EP Fours on the greens of the Middelburg Bowling Club.

In a great final, the foursome ended as runners-up, losing the game 21-20.

Midlands Masters
Seven of the 20 bowlers taking part in the Midlands Masters this weekend in Somerset East are from the Graaff-Reinet Bowling Club.

They are Ivor Wakeford, Arthur Langley, Niel Colyn, Fanie van der Merwe, Riana du Toit, Charlene Colyn and Priscilla Kasperski.
