GRAAFF-REINET HOCKEY NEWS - The high school hockey trials that took place in Graaff-Reinet last Thursday produced some excellent play although it was evident that the teams haven't had the longest preparation due to the long lockdown.
The attacking play stood out and there was some excellent work done by the forward lines and solid defence at the back.
On the other hand, the passing and missing of teammates were lacking. It was, however, obvious, that there is no shortage of talent.
We will publish photos of the u.16 trials soonest. Graaff-Reinet editor Hugo Redelinghuys captured the action.
