GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Kroonvale Primary School and Thembalesizwe Primary School got together for a sports tournament last month on Freedom Day, and all participants thoroughly enjoyed the day.
The tournament was held at the Newlands Stadium in Umasizakhe.

This is the second year that a tournament has been held between the two schools to celebrate this important holiday.
The aim is to give the children a chance to be involved in community sports, offering a positive activity to keep them involved and off the streets.
Games were played between the two schools in netball, soccer and rugby. All the learners involved enjoyed the competition immensely.
The tournament was organised by Cllr Tshona, councillor for Ward 6, with very welcome sponsorship from Gold Rush and Pick n Pay.
