GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — On July 1, two young Graaff- Reinet squash players will be competing at the South African squash interprovincial tourneys.
Wilke van Zyl (17) and Marlien Crewe-Brown (13) will both represent Eastern Province. Both girls are part of the Graaff-Reinet squash club and as such the club will be sponsoring some of their travelling and equipment costs.
Graaff-Reinet squash is very pleased to have provincial players in the club again and trust that these two youngsters would inspire others to also take up this fantastic game.
Wilke, who plays U.19, will be heading for Cape Town, and Marlien’s U.13 tournament will be held in Pietermaritzburg. Graaff-Reinet will be rooting for these two young sportswomen who are sure to do their club and hometown proud!
