99th parkrun a huge success

Dave Neill, the organiser, said that this week will be Mountain Drives 100th parkrun and they would like to try and get as many people to come to this event as possible.

GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - 36 people participated in the 99th Mountain Drive parkrun. 

Two recorded their new personal best times and two were first-time parkrunners.

Lightning Fast Flippie Loock was the first male to cross the finish line in a time of 22.47 followed by Hildegard Wessels with her time of 31.56.

Dave Neill, the organiser, said that this week will be Mountain Drive's 100th parkrun and they would like to try and get as many people to come to this event as possible.

We are asking, those who can, to bring along a few cupcakes so that everyone can enjoy a well-deserved treat at the finish.

Parkruns now start at 08:00 through winter.
