NATIONAL NEWS - Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema's land invasion trial has been postponed once again in the Newcastle magistrates court in KwaZulu-Natal.
Malema is accused of inciting his supporters to invade unoccupied land.
The EFF leader has been charged twice under the Riotous Assemblies Act when in 2014, he allegedly called for land invasions during an elective conference in Bloemfontein.
He is currently challenging the constitutionality of the act.
