Suspect arrested for possession of drugs
Drugs with a street value of R3380 was confiscated from a 26-year-old suspect in Willowmore.

WILLOWMORE NEWS - A suspect aged 26 is expected to appear in the Willowmore Magistrates Court on Monday 23 August following his arrest on Saturday 21 August by the Graaff-Reinet Dog Unit and Graaff-Reinet Crime Intelligence in an information driven operation.

It is alleged that on Saturday 21 August at 22.00 upon executing a search warrant at a house in Barend Street, Willowmore, the members recovered 42 full Mandrax tablets hidden in a motor vehicle parked on the property.

The estimated street value of the drugs is R3380.

The suspect was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs.
