GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — iLEAD et al is a Google Premier marketing agency based in Pretoria.
Through their innovative staff members, the company is very involved in community projects, particularly those involving children.
After reading of Vuyani Safe Haven’s current needs in their recent newsletter, the staff collected some of these items for the home, which included heaters, blankets, books, stationery, and kettles.
During the July holidays Johan Nortjè, CEO of iLead et al, visited Geoff Crewe-Brown in Graaff-Reinet, and they took their children to Vuyani to deliver these items.
The men’s wives are also involved in the charity work for Vuyani: Danita, Johan’s wife, also assisted with the collection of items on the needs list, and Geoff’s wife Elmarie has been delivering presents, birthday cakes and party packs for the birthday children at Vuyani every two months for the last 4 years.
Since 2015 iLead et al has also given a generous monthly financial contribution to Vuyani Safe Haven.
During their recent visit, Vuyani’s PR & Marketing officer, Riana van der Ahee, handed a Certificate of Recognition to Johan to take back to the Pretoria team to acknowledge their ongoing concern for the children of Vuyani Safe Haven.
