GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Police are asking for information regarding the murder of 43-year-old Mvusi Diamond of Bergendal, Graaff-Reinet. Diamond succumbed to injuries he sustained on Sunday 24 October between 04:30 and 17:00.

The police were summoned to a complaint of a stabbing at a residence in Bergendal at about 17:10 and on arrival at the scene they found Diamond’s lifeless body in his house with a stab wound to his neck. 

Police have opened a murder docket and the circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.

No one has been arrested for the murder yet and the police appeal to anyone with the information that may assist the detectives in the investigation to please contact Detective Warrant Officer Weitz on 049 807 6600 or call the crime stop number 086 00 10 111.
