GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Councillor Joy Williams brightened the lives of 15 children last week with gifts of school uniforms, shoes and sport bags.
These items were donated by an anonymous benefactor who reached out to Williams to identify children in need within her ward.
"Positive change begins with one act of kindness," Williams said. "I am deeply grateful for the generosity of this kind-hearted individual."
