GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Former Lettie De Klerk Primary and Spandau Secondary School learner Neliswa Oliphant has made the Karoo proud by obtaining her Masters Degree.
Oliphant, a Nieu-Bethesda resident and local municipal employee, earned the degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosch University. She has a BA and Honours degree from the same institution.
"Set goals for yourself in order to measure your success," is her message to local youngsters. "You don't have to come from an advantaged background in order to succeed in life. Nothing is impossible in life, just strive for the best."
