GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Graaff-Reinet SAPS was fully operational again as of 3 December, after being closed earlier last week due to members testing positive for Covid-19.
The Community Service Centre (CSC) and various other offices were affected at the time. The CSC was closed on 30 November and operated from a different building. "These areas have been decontaminated and members can now occupy the CSC and other offices," said Capt Bradley Rawlinson, spokesperson for the station.
Members who were in contact with those who tested positive were also tested and placed under isolation.
The Station Commander, Col André Arends, thanked the community and businesses of Graaff-Reinet for their understanding.
