JANSENVILLE NEWS - Jansenville SAPS members launched their 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign on 25 November.
In conjunction with multiple stakeholders, the station spoke about gender-based violence to about 60 community members at Jansenville Town Hall.
Role players were present from the Department of Social Development, Christ Dependant Movement, Victim Support Services, the Community Police Forum and Jansenville SAPS.
Jansenville Station Commander, Capt Pieter Erasmus, urged community members to report crimes of abuse against women and children.
