GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Grade 12 learners from Phakama High school in Eluxolweni township, Hofmeyr took to the streets this morning to express their dismay about the absence of facilitators at their school.
According to these learners, it is alleged that five out of their eight facilitators have either retired or have been transferred in the last three months, without being replaced.
