GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The benefits of getting out in nature early in the morning for some exercise, are legion. 

But, last Saturday only 34 runners participated in the 130th parkrun. 

Run Director Dave Neill invites residents to join the weekly parkrun, get fit and have fun. 

"It's free for everyone and your details do not get shared, but you do receive your results from each event, and you are free to take part in over 22 countries all over the world. If you need to register, contact us at mountaindrive@parkrun.com and we will gladly assist you," said Neill.
