HOFMEYR NEWS - Putco Solani, an active member of the Hofmeyr Development Initiative, #Sebenza-Mhlali, suffered serious injuries when his vehicle left the road and rolled on 25 January.
Solani was on his way to Tarkastad for a meeting when the accident happened and his vehicle is a complete write-off. But, despite his injuries and in no condition to run a marathon, he is back giving Hofmeyr his all.
The community is overjoyed to have him back in town and Solani has already picked up where he left off. With his broken ankle, arm and shoulder, held in place by a moon boot and a brace, Solani inspected the pumps at the Hofmeyr communal grounds on Saturday, his inspection coinciding with the visit of Gift of the Givers.
