GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — The Kroonvale Youth Organisation recently held a successful driving skills competition for young people in the area.
The purpose of this event was to test participants’ driving abilities, and to educate the youth on safe driving techniques.
The organisers of the event are very grateful to Graaff-Reinet Toyota, Hi-Q, Quest and AutoZone, all in Graaff-Reinet, for their sponsorship of the day.
The event was controlled Eustine Sauls from the Provincial Traffic Department, who took charge of the event as marshal.
First prize was awarded to Heinrich Keyster for his excellent driving skills. Second place went to James Awana, and in third place was Jason Isaacs.
