GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Yet another school was burgled in Graaff-Reinet.
Nosiseko Educare Centre, Umasizakhe, is the fourth education centre that criminals gained entrance to during the last month, to steal education material worth thousands.
Captain Bradley Rawlinson, police spokesperson, said the incident happened between Thursday 29 August at 1.30pm and Sunday 1 September at 9.45am.
Rawlinson said a community member walked passed the crèche and saw some of the roof panels had been removed.
Bernadine Giyose, a staff member at Nosiseko Educare Centre, said that R2 800, groceries and a music system were stolen.
According to Rawlinson the total amount of the stolen items and damage to the roof and office amounts to R25 000.
No arrests have been made.
