GRAAFF-REINET NEWS & VIDEO - Four-footed friend Buddy (8) of Graaff-Reinet loves his walks. In fact, it's most probably the favourite part of his day.
You can imagine his disappointment when human Billy Hare explained to him that, due to lockdown, his daily walks will no longer be able to take place. But not to fear, Hare made a plan and Buddy is not entirely without exposure to the outside world.
"Buddy can't wait for his weekly shopping trip to the local supermarket, where he waits patiently in the car until the shopping is done," Hare explained. "Seems a change of scenery is as good as a walk, for now."
Take note that safety is extremely important to Buddy, and no car rides are allowed without his seat belt. During the rides Buddy, while sticking his head out the window for some fresh air, also enjoys listening to music.
His favourite artist? Snoop dog, of course.
