EASTERN CAPE NEWS - The bogus doctor and her male assistant - believed to be her boyfriend - who were arrested in Molteno last week appeared in the Queenstown Magistrate's Court on Monday 25 January and will again be in court on Thursday 28 January. 

They remain in custody. 

The pair have allegedly been dispensing medicine to unsuspecting patients for the past two years. 

The Hawks started their investigation in September and the couple was nabbed at their practice on Thursday. 

Medicine to the value of R700 000 was confiscated.
