ABERDEEN NEWS - The last week has thankfully been uneventful for the Aberdeen police, with only four cases of note.
There were two cases of housebreaking and theft. A bicycle was stolen on 1 May from the garage of a house in Darling Street, after the lock was broken to gain access.
In Thembalesizwe, the back door of a house in Sithandiwe Street was forced open, and groceries (mostly tinned food) were taken.
A fight that started over an election poster near a tavern in Bacon Street, Lotusville, on Sunday led to a charge of assault being opened.
Finally, stones thrown by a suspect at a house in Springbok Street, Lotusville, led to six windows being smashed, and a case of malicious damage to property has been opened.
