JANSENVILLE NEWS — During the recent Mayoral Outreach meetings held in Ward 10 (Klipplaat) and Ward 11 (Jansenville) residents were presented with an opportunity to raise their concerns.
Both meetings were well attended.
The mayor was also in attendance and introduced the Ward councillors and officials who were there to present the Draft IDP and Budget, and also those who were to assist with responding to questions from the floor.
The area's residents wasted no time in raising general service delivery complaints and complaints regarding the handling of arrear accounts.
There was much concern over the unaccounted for millions and misappropriated funds by former Ikwezi Municipality.
