KAROO NEWS - The police are investigating two fatal road accidents on Sunday 10 January - one outside Klipplaat and the other 45km from Aberdeen. Three people lost their lives.
Klipplaat detectives are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a 46-year-old passenger was killed when the 32-year-old driver of a Hyundai Getz apparently lost control of the vehicle.
The Getz overturned on the R337 Klipplaat road 13km away from the town on Sunday at 18:00.
The driver of the vehicle received medical attention and the passenger was declared dead on the scene by EMS paramedics.
Aberdeen police is also investigating a case of culpable homicide after the 37-year-old driver and a 44-year-old passangers of a silver Tata sedan died when the vehicle overturned on the R63 road, 45 kilometers from Aberdeen on the Beaufort-West road on Sunday morning at 11.50.
Both occupants of the Tata died on the scene.
