NIEU-BETHESDA NEWS - The Democratic Alliance has been out in full force over the past few weeks.
Their activists have been involved in door to door canvassing where they ensured that everyone is informed about the upcoming by-election to elect a new Ward Councillor.
The DA also took part in a ‘blue wave’ through Pienaarsig which created a visual spectacle.
The election will take place on Wednesday 10 April from 07:00 until 21:00 in the Community Hall in Nieu-Bethesda and in Te Water Saal in Bourke Street, Graaff-Reinet.
This is a special election for Ward 2 residents only. Special votes will take place on Tuesday, 9 April between 08:00 and 17:00 where election officers will visit the homes of those who applied.
