Run Forest, run!
The icy cold temperatures kept most parkrunners in their beds last Saturday and only a handful - 29 - turned up to tackle the scenic 5km Mountain Drive route. Leon Marais was the first runner to cross the finish line in a time of 22:18. Must have been the cold that had driven him to finish so quickly. He was followed by Claire Lemke in second place in a equally quick time of 24:29.
