GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — Graaff-Reinetters have a groovy event to look forward to on the night of Friday, March 3 – a hippie dance.

Funds generated by the evening's festivities at the Botanics will go towards the coffers of the Graaff-Reinet Running Club.

All those attending are encouraged to dress according to the theme, so dig out your old bell bottom jeans and headbands.

Tickets are being sold at R100 each - this includes a delicious burger consisting of a homemade Focaccia bun topped with a delicious beef patty, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, bacon and pickles accompanied by tasty chips.

Make a splash on the dance floor by doing “The Jerk” and all those great moves of the era. The Botanics will provide music offerings as well as a new play area for kids so no need to leave the little ones at home - have a great time as a family!
