NIEU-BETHESDA NEWS — David Muller, actor and playwright, will be performing his play, “Love, Sex, Fleas, God (Confessions of a Stay-at-Home-Dad)”, at the Karoo Lamb in Nieu-Bethesda on April 4 at 20:00.
This play looks at the life of fathers who stay at home and look after their children. It also follows the fascinating journey that men take from childhood to fatherhood.
The play revolves around the central character of Bruce. According to a review in the Southern Tatler, “The audience witnesses a transcendence from a down and out abused teen to a loving father of 2 children. The metamorphosis from an insecure and angry young man to a proud father is inspirational and makes for absorbing theatre.”
Muller himself says, “I really think that this play will resonate with families, so I urge them to come and see it.”
So why not treat your family to a night out in Nieu-Bethesda this holiday? Come for dinner at one of the lovely restaurants in the village and then be inspired by some good theatre.
A hat will be passed around as payment and a cash bar is available.
