Meals on wheels assisting the poor
The Meals on Wheels (MoW) initiative was recently established in Graaff-Reinet and has since been operating a community feeding scheme serving hungry families and delivering nutritious meals to the poor all over Graaff-Reinet. The need for such an initiative is experienced on a daily basis in Graaff-Reinet as it is almost impossible for home bound and frail seniors to meet their nutritional needs on their own.
